Focusing on the sensations that arise as you breathe through your asana practice, you bridge the separation between body and mind, allowing you to become fully present within your body. This gentle yet in-depth practice consists of a sequence of asanas that increases flexibility and strengthens your entire body, releasing the chronic tension that can dull vitality.
